Meet Janet, a mom of four from Honokaa who’s found her true calling.   She believes that knowledge isn’t confined to a single school, so she’s embarked on a lifelong learning journey. Under the guidance of remarkable instructors like Sharon Sauer, Makaala Yates, Sonia Morton, and others, she’s acquired a diverse range of techniques, each tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients. Janet specializes in Myofascial trigger point therapy, and she’s also a certified Orthopedic Medical Massage therapist, Lomilomi, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, massage for the seniors,  and Certified Medical Cupping Therapist.       However, her passion for helping others drives her to continuously seek new techniques to enhance her skills and become the best LMT she can be. Beyond her massage expertise, Janet’s dedication extends to her personal growth. She’s actively pursuing certification as a stretching instructor & Nutrition, showcasing her commitment to providing comprehensive wellness services. Additionally, she holds a certified personal training knowledge from NASM, delving into the intricate workings of the muscle and body system go far beyond that taught in  Massage Therapy.
