My 20 year Osteopathic journey has taken me through many unique and sacred experiences. From open heart surgery to delivering children, the human condition has remained my fascination and healing the body my passion. I offer traditional Osteopathy, Cranial Osteopathy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations (HVLA), and percussion hammer therapy. I generally assess and treat the whole person intuitively, focusing on key dysfunctions or restrictions. My strongest skills are in treating chronic pain, neck pain, headaches, preparation for delivery and postnatal care, athletes and performers seeking to improve physical function, and sleep disorders. If you are familiar with a specific modality, I am happy to emphasize that in our treatment plan. As a licensed physician I prescribe medications when appropriate. Although I do not accept health insurance, I can provide you with a superbill to send to your carrier for reimbursement.
